2022 Recruitment

We are in full force getting ready for 2022 Recruitment!  Please look at our Upcoming Events page for our summer recruitment meetings.  We cannot wait to see you there!!

What Do I need to do?

The recruitment process is exciting! However, preparing for recruitment takes special attention. Information provided by Pi Beta Phi International is designed specifically for Pi Phi alumnae who will support chapters and Potential New Members during membership recruitment. Submitting a RIF or a Legacy Introduction Form is one of many privileges of Pi Phi alumnae life.

You can watch the attached video for how to submit a RIF online.

Each girl going through the recruitment process must have a RIF on file with Pi Beta Phi.  The RIF should be addressed to the woman listed as the chapter’s Recruitment Contact.  If you are interesting in submitting a RIF, you can find the form HERE.

You can find recruitment contact information and specific chapter recruitment dates HERE

As of Recruitment 2019, there has been a small change in procedure for chapters seeking RIFs for Potential New Members (PNMs) during recruitment. Previously, chapters were required to contact alumnae clubs to request RIFs for PNMs who did not already have one. Now chapters are no longer required to make these requests. If a PNM does not have a RIF, and the chapter would like to invite her to their Preference Round, she can be sponsored by the Chapter Membership Selection Committee (CMSC). This does not change the requirement for sponsorship — she still must be sponsored either by a RIF or the CMSC, but it does simplify the process. Some chapters may continue to make the request, but it is not required.
